Having this problem about a month ago. After sometimes, one by one PCs(windows 7 OS) cannot connect to any Network Shared Drive/Printer. Try search the solution from the net and try one by one..until I found the solution from the following websites. It is very helpful.

A few weeks ago, my users got BB Curve 9300. Tried installed BB Desktop Manager version 5 SP1 because they need to use IP Modem. But once the BB connected to PC/Notebook, the Desktop Manager closed up and giving some error. The problem resolved by installing Desktop Manager version 6. The software can be downloaded from here:-

Before you do the security wipe, please check whether you enable locked password..try disable this password 1st..then try do Mobile Internet..if it is works..then no need to do the security wipe..it is works for my other user.
